I’ve ordered my dog’s meds a few times now, and from what I remember, they’ve never been late. Everything arrives in good shape and on time, which is one less thing to worry about.

I ordered flea meds from Petbucket thinking it would be a simple process, but I didn’t realize until after the fact that it was shipping from overseas. The package ended up getting stuck in customs, and I had to send extra information before waiting another week for it to move. The tracking wasn’t very clear either, so most of the time I was just guessing where things stood. Customer service did reply, to be fair, but it still felt like the overseas shipping and possible import issues weren’t exactly made obvious upfront. The product did arrive in the end, but the whole customs hassle made it stressful enough that I probably wouldn’t order again

I found most of the flea and worming brands I was after, which was the main reason I was browsing in the first place. The site has a solid selection overall. I did keep thinking, though, especially once I started clicking around, that it’d be nice to see a few more options for cats. Not a huge complaint, just one of those things you notice when you’re already comparing products.

Ordered some flea meds from PetBucket my dog was totally fine after using it. No weird side effects, no upset stomach, none of that annoying crap you worry about. He acted completely normal, and the fleas are the only little jerks I’m mad at. Happy with the whole thing.

I bought this kind of on impulse, i’m glad I did. The prices are fair, and while shipping took a little longer than I expected, it still felt worth it once it arrived...

But I did have to double-check the dosage based on my dog’s weight because the info on the site felt kind of basic, and I didn’t want to guess with something like that. It arrived fine and worked like it normally does, I just wish the product page had clearer directions or maybe a simple chart or... something. Overall, not bad, not amazing. Three stars feels about right.

The item itself might be fine, but the packaging showed up damaged, which was disappointing. It feels like the goalposts keep moving with what’s considered acceptable for delivery these days, first it’s supposed to arrive safely, then suddenly a banged-up box is just something you’re expected to deal with. Not a great experience.
